read The Longbourn Conundrum epub ó Kindle Edition » deborah e. pearson ´ An Ancient Curse A Thunderstorm An Epidemic Jane Bennet's invitation to tea at Netherfield is interrupted by a strange series of events Could they be related to the rumours of a generations old curse on Netherfield and LongBeth's family survive this crisis or will these unnatural events claim the last generation of Bennets? WARNING Contains scenes of domesticsexual abuse Please do not read if you are easily triggered or under 1 WOW I have read various other stories that I thought were uite uniue but none of them measure up to this one While the core characters and events are here the writer has given us an entirely different story There's the rain storm when Jane is sent to Netherfield for the tea but it's a violent one of several days duration leaving Jane stuck and Darcy and Elizabeth in a Huntsman cottage when they were stranded To this add a smallpox epidemic and an ancient curse on both Longbourn and Netherfield and it's a interesting ride The smallpox epidemic takes numerous victims and only a few survive Jane some servants so the military action is to uarantine the entire community which lasts for several months During this time relationship between Darcy and Elizabeth improved while the curse destroys othersMy only complaint is that we are left with 3 deaths that aren't explained One widow appears uite happy her husband is dead and then 2 characters are just suddenly found dead of no apparent reason I am hoping that the writer puts out a second book that explains these along with seeing the future I loved everything about this story even the horrible acts which were a huge element of the plot

An Ancient Curse A Thunderstorm An Epidemic Jane Bennet's invitation to tea at Netherfield is interrupted by a strange series of events Could they be related to the rumours of a generations old curse on Nethe This book was itself a conundrum A sort of mystery A compromise An oddly evil Jane A very evil Mr Bennet A ghost A few elopements Many many open plot points with the most abrupt end ever Other than the characters and location there is nothing of Pride and Prejudice canon in this storyWarning Mr Bennet would have received a life sentence for the evil he does to his own daughter It is uncomfortable realizing that such a thought is written down

reader The Longbourn Conundrum

The Longbourn Conundrum Rfield and Longbourn? When a thunderstorm and epidemic sweep through Meryton people are uarantined in their homes and the long dismissed curse seems and like a reality than an ancient story Can Jane and Eliza This was a great read for the 1st half of the story But then it seemed to deteriorate too many stories tipped into one which seemed incoherent to me then we have abrupt ending which did not seem to fit IMHO
